Mountain wildlife

While we have only sighted a bear too far for a really good photo, we have seen much wildlife.  Here are some favourites.

The last time we saw a bighorn sheep was in the San Diego Zoo.  This time there were plenty in the wild.

Handsome creatures aren't they?

Not quite so handsome, the mountain goat, but all muscle.

Ground squirrels popping in and out of the nesting hole.  They are very cute.

A marmot.  I have never seen one of these before. They are very cute.
